FAQ

ASSETS & GUIDELINES

Assets made available in the Olympic Brand Centre may be owned or controlled by the IOC or third-parties. Who is in charge of which asset? Who is in charge of which stakeholder?

For example: the Olympic Games department is in charge of the relationship with OCOGs and YOGOCs and hence should be contacted for any questions related to the upcoming Olympic Games, such as emblems, mascots or pictograms. ITMS is in charge of the relationship with commercial partners and RHBs and hence should be contacted for any questions related to their logos. Sports is in charge of the relationship with IFs and hence should be contacted for any questions related to the IF logos. Brand is in charge of the institutional brand as well as the Olympic rings and hence should be contacted for any questions related to the IOC corporate identity (IOC logo, IOC fonts, etc.) or the Olympic rings.

When I look at the previews of some files, some asset colours are not right.

This is a conversion issue for the previews. If you download the asset, the colours will be the right ones.

How can I download several assets simultaneously?

In this first release you need to download the assets one by one. Multiple downloads will be available in a future release.

ABOUT THE OLYMPIC BRAND

I would like to download and share some texts, images or videos that I have found under "About the Olympic Brand Centre". Can I do this?

The texts, images and videos visible under "About the Olympic Brand" are embedded in the platform and cannot be downloaded by the user. Should you want to access these files and use them, please contact the Brand team – see contact details on the Collaboration page of the platform.

ACCESS

Can I upload a file to or modify a file in the Olympic Brand Centre?
