Collaboration

The Olympic brand is managed collectively at the IOC through a Brand Core Team and a Brand Steering Committee, under the leadership of the Brand Management team, to ensure that the interests of all internal and external stakeholders are taken into account in a consistent way for the long-term benefits of the Olympic brand and the Olympic Movement at large.

The Brand Core Team and Steering Committee are composed of representatives from various IOC departments, e.g. IOC TMS, Communications, Digital Engagement & Marketing, Olympic Games, OFCH, Legal Affairs, NOC Relations, Sports.

The IOC Brand team, which sits within the Digital Engagement and Marketing Department, and is supported by the Technology and Information Department (DTI), is in charge of the development and maintenance of the Olympic Brand Centre.
